Our New Hope campus offers a full continuum of care through our 24 hour skilled nursing facility, transitional rehabilitation and therapy care featuring a Life Balance Center, as well as independent and assisted living apartments.

Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park offers beautiful independent, assisted living and memory care apartments for seniors. The Oxbow Lake campus features specialized amenities including a rehab and therapy Balance Clinic, as well as a town centre complete with many day-to-day conveniences.

Saint Therese at St. Odilia in Shoreview provides a more intimate community that offers palliative care to those with end-stage terminal or incurable chronic illness. Residents at Saint Therese at St. Odilia receive private care suites and bathrooms and receive 24 hour professional nursing care in an eight-bedroom home.
