Welcome to Saint Therese:

Saint Therese is a 302 bed skilled nursing facility supporting individuals with long term special needs.

The Care Center has three floors which offer a wide range of skilled services.

	Our first floor provides care for residents with memory loss, Alzheimer's, and other forms of dementia.
	Our second floor west is our Admissions Unit which specializes in short term stays and rehab.
	Our third floor provides care for residents with short term memory impairments and require some assist with cares.
